Let me start by saying Hi before I get straight to the point.
Yes, I'm talking about Kris, who else?
Honestly, I don't feel any hatred towards him but I won't say his decision to leave EXO at their peak and the nearing of their concert is right. Who am I to judge him anyways right? I just disagree with his actions because as EXO fan, I want to see all 12 members standing on the stage. This is EXO, this is what I'm being introduced with, this is why I like them and this is why I stan them.
But the fact that Kris had decided to sue SM had left me no choice but to accept that he will not be apart of EXO anymore in the future. Well, of course I do hope he will return. Don't we all hope that too? But the probability of him returning is so thin that I would rather accept that EXO are now left with 11 members.
A lot of ELF are probably angered that EXO fans are linking Kris' leaving the group as the same as Hangeng's case. They just don't want to be remembered of the painful past. I'm sorry to say this, but this is exactly the same case. I'm an ELF too. I may be lacking in SJ updates nowadays but that don't make less a fan. Hangeng left SJ. Kris left EXO. The similarity doesn't stop here. They're both the M leaders and they both dissappeared for a while after leaving.
Here comes the part where it hurts the most - affecting the fans and the other members. The fact that Kris leave the group while they're active and in the middle of promotion and nearing their first concert are just plain cruel. Why can't he leave before their comeback or after their tour or anytime while they're not active? It wouldn't hurt less, no but at least the impact would not be as bad as what the other 11 members are experiencing right now. Look at EXO-K, they're barely coping with their promotions. How would the M boys continue now without their leader? What's going to happen to this Overdose promotion? I think M would now need to halt their promotions while K will kept going on.
Now, back to Kris. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Kris' health and happiness is not important. There is no right and wrong in this case. It just hurts that he had decided to leave. It hurts even more that the other members are kept in the dark and are as clueless as us fans in this case. This is history repeating itself. Are all the M groups cursed with the leaders leaving?
On who to blame, I could only say it's the management fault. If they do put the welfare of their artists in mind then none of this will happen. If the employee are satisfied in the organization then they wouldn't leave. SM, you sucks so much!! You only think of your artists as money making machines. You overworked your more famous idols and neglect the rest!
But the most dissappointing of all, is only for me to blame myself. Why do I even like Kpop in the first place? Why am I so into SJ and support so many of SM idols. Why do I have to expose myself into liking and becoming addicted to EXO? I try to tell myself that this is none of my business. But in the end, I do care and feel hurt. I may not cry. I'm old enough to hold my tears. I experienced 2009 with Hangeng leaving SJ and me hating him until now. I still think he betrayed SJ. 5 years later, I had to feel the same and maybe worser in Kris leaving EXO.
Can't help but to think now there are only 11 members left in both SJ & EXO. To the EXO boys, stay strong. You'll get through it and time will heal everything. Don't forget to seek advise from your sunbaes, they've gone through that and I'm sure they're more than willing to help. This will even make your bond tighter and stronger.
To EXO, rely on your members and stay strong together.
To Kris, you had done a good job as their Duizhang. Now, I hope you will find your happiness and freedom.
To me that will slowly but surely be leaving this Kpop fandom. It can't be my life anymore. I'm stuck for too long. But I just can't move on, not now at least.
Until I blog again, this is goodbye for now.

GDA 2013
Thumbs up! Head down and everything, GDA is the best Kpop event ever happened in my life!
I got to see SJ and EXO is such a close proximity that it even beats any Super Show and Asia Super Showcase that I bragged about in my earlier post.
I was ready to be prepared to be sandwhiched by all the fans. Expecting the worst to happen in Rockpit area which I initially bought. I was only preparing myself to breathe enough air and have the stamina to face the screen and was not expecting to see them in person at all.
But luck had my way, my friend who was been giving me a headache because she wants to see Yonghwa (a minute she's going, the other minute she's off) got to know from our colleague that they have some free Samsung Galaxy Zone tickets!! Initially, she only got one for herself, so me being me, asked her to go ahead. I'm going to stand at Rockpit with my another ELF friend but then it strike me that usually they will have more than 1 tix so I asked to ask for 2 more so that we could go together. With some persuasion, she got 3 free tix!! For all of us!! So, the next thing that I need to do is sell off all of our Rockpit tix which we did because Rockpit was sold out!!
We were running late for Red Carpet because some buyers were giving me a headache at the venue. I couldn't find them and was really nervous that I might miss the red carpet. True to my prediction, the moment I got into the venue, all I see is Kris's head from faraway. We need to run to the front and go through this long corner to get to the red carpet area and by the moment I reached, EXO vanished!! TT_TT I kept hitting my friend telling her I missed EXO!! After EXO, all others idols came - KARA, 4Minute, Beast, B1A4, Shinee, FT Island, CNBLUE (my friend again asked me to leave red carpet for the stage after she saw Yonghwa). I told her I will stay for SJ but she kind of want me to leave but in the end, she waited with me. When it was SJ turn, I immediately looked at Kyuhyun. It was a bit far but still clear, they did not stayed long, They did their Super Junio~or pose for quite a while. Some of them initially want to get closer to the fans by going down the stage but the security did not allow them. It was damn HOT that day so they went back to their vans right after.
I was standing at the right side of the stage which is very near to the MC stand so for the whole first night, I got to watch Yonghwa and Nicole and the second night, Hongki and Dasom most of the time. I can fairly see the stage clearly too. Too bad I did not bring my standing stool on Day1 because I'm afraid they will not allow it. Seeing there's absolutely no security at all, I brought it on Day2. Yes, I attended both days of GDA since I got such a good ticket at absolutely no cost at all and I even sold my ELF friend tix on Day2.
Judging by my LQ pics, you can see that I got to see them quite close. Mind you, this is only taken at max 4x zoom using my Note2. The videos turned out better but my poor battery could not sustain on the first day. Too many pics need to be taken. Amazingly, for Day2 as I just stand there to enjoy the performance, I only used half of my battery.
I just wanna brag at how close I am from the stage and I don't even consider myself to be that close to the idols. I kept a distance because I don't want to strain my neck. And yet I see these pretty EXO boys right in front of me. I was looking for Kyuhyun but he's not there in the ending so I keep looking at Donghae and EXO most of the time. Siwon and Eunhyuk were also in front. Hyuk kept moving so my phone could not capture him clearly. I guess my hand were shaking and they're moving a lot so most of the photos did not turn out well. SJ and EXO were in front all the time. The only one I did not see is Sungmin. I don't know where he ninja'd too. There's also a moment with FT Island at the ending. Hongki said something like "I'm so fucking cool, you're so fucking hot" along the line and SJ reaction were priceless! It's too late for Siwon, Donghae and Eunhyuk to control him and Kangin dragged him away. Clearly the craziness of Hongki! SJ also let all the idols say their Thank You's in the end. Truly the sunbaenims!! Hallyu Kings bowed after all the idols left and Eunhyuk was the last to leave the stage!
2nd day was enjoyable. I like all the acts but I did not go all out. I even reached late, missed MissA and T-Ara opening and don't even know what act are performing. Turns out it was BAP. 2nd night crowd seemed to be larger but I'm very impressed by Ailee, Sistar, K.will and everybody. It was great but I did not run around like the first night. Just stand there and enjoy the whole performances. Crowd went wild during G-Dragon's performance as expected. Honestly, the best performance for that night go to K.Will and Hyorin's duet of Endless Love! Ailee was amazing and there's F(x) too!
To sum it all, GDA was the best Kpop event I went to! It was a plus I got to see all my biases so upclose but to see so many idols was very rare. I, for one, will not attend any Kpop showcase or concerts if it's not SJ (or EXO-maybe) but to see all of them in such a prestigious award which will happen only maybe once in my Kpop life is indescribable with words. Fans paid a thousand to have a standing place like mine whereas I only paid less than RM50 to enjoy two wonderful Kpop night with everything included.
It's unlikely that I could experience such an event again. Until that day happens, this will mark as my best Kpop experience ever!

SMTOWN, Asia Super Showcase & GDA
It goes with the saying, "What SM produces are gold" or so I believed.
It's already a known fact that there's the BIG 3 in Korea - SM, YG and JYP. And although all the companies have big, famous, global stars - I think SM stand on its own as the only company that produces big stars over and over and never fails. True, YG have Big Bang and 2NE1 and recently, PSY that shot to stardom because of Gangnam Style. But I couldn't help but to label PSY as a one-hit-wonder. No matter what he do next, he will never achieve the same popularity of Gangnam Style. YG also have a few underrated artists - they may be known in Korea but are much less famous worldwide. JYP have steady acts. All their stars are famous but they do not have the same star power like artists from SM and YG. They are all relatively known names - 2PM, 2AM, Wonder Girls and Miss A but even with all the names combined, they are a bit far out in comparison.
This is, however, sincerely my thoughts. You could just say I'm very SM biased. I am. I love SMTOWN but I do listen to Kpop generally. I need to admit that although I'm not a Big Bang and 2NE1 fan, I love their songs so very much! I may also love SMTOWN but I will admit that SM does not produce a good album. They may be very good with their title tracks but the whole album does not function like a good album should ( Alive and I Am The Best get the kudos here).
My fascination towards SMTOWN, of course starts with Super Junior. When Sorry Sorry is extremely famous, you couldn't miss out on Gee. And slowly, we're introduced to Shinee and f(x). Same story though, although they're both from SM, I'm not really a fan. I listen and like their songs but I don't go crazy over them. When EXO was first introduced, however, I was very interested. Until, they kept showing Kai's teasers and I got bored - to the extreme that I don't pay attention at all. The total of 12 members also got me so confused. Sure, they're so pretty to feast my eyes on them but then I gave up remembering their names cos' they look so alike. I think this is the repeat of what happened when I first got to know SJ. Only that I succumbed to SJ because Sorry Sorry was a good album and their variety shows are all too good. With EXO, they're so raw and have not shown anything but they're so popular I couldn't understand why. I remained uninterested. MAMA is not a song that you would like immediately. I had the whole album downloaded and deleted not long after thinking well, I would never like such a group.
Then, SMTOWN Singapore came and I'm very impressed with EXO. They command the same attention as their seniors. My main purpose of going is of course, because of SJ but I had to say, all of them including Kangta are extremely good. They don't trained for years for nothing and once they make their debut, they are here to stay! Surprisingly, the most memorable performance of the night goes to Ryeowook, Onew, Chen and Baekhyun, "Open Arms". Their voices just match each other and there are absolutely no flaws at all.
Still, it does not leave such a big impact to me. SMTOWN Singapore was a dissapointment to me. It stays at the back just right above MoA. Then, few weeks later, I went to Asia Super Showcase. Main purpose is of course SJM but that night, I've been converted into an EXO fan too! Sure, I like BtoB as well. Love their songs to the max but, yeah, just songs. EXO-M, however, were so charming in their innocent way, that although their performances was the shortest, it still leave a deep impact. SJM was of course, so much fun. ELF totally went crazy when they appear, your's truly included. I even climbed the barricade because I couldn't see at all! Fans at VIP seating area were all standing on their chairs. They were so calm when EXO-M performed earlier!! But truly, this will be on my top list that although I can't see SJM most of the time because I was too far from the stage but once they come to the extended stage, I can see them so clearly and the fanservice was awesome!!
So, when GDA was announced to be held in Malaysia. I was like, "Damn, why do you have to come again?".Of course, bringing so many Kpop acts to our shores are nice but you don't really have the money to go with the expensive tickets and frequency of each events. But I was secretly hoping that they couldn't sell out the tickets and it would end up on the discount websites. Voila, wish granted and there I am, in a dilemma whether to go or not. At last decision made and I bought my tickets. No high hopes whatsoever. I just want to enjoy the night. Hopefully, SJ will win Daesang again! I know for sure all artists will win something whether it's truly an award or something make out but Daesang and Bonsang are the real thing. I swear I would scream my lungs out if SJ win Daesang again this year. Let's wait for me to blog about it after it happened. Now, I'm just looking forward to GDA coming this Tuesday and it's just 2 more days!!

SMTOWN
So, from my previous post it's about this concert. Yes, I managed to buy the ticket but it was at a rather far seat. Honestly, it's far better than what I imagined but I would love to have better seats. This SMTOWN concert would have been all worth it if it's not for the heavy rain that downpour at the end of the concert, the stupid right screen blackout for the light blue and blue area- which I'm seated and the poor spotlight system on the idols.
This was supposed to be my dream concert but suprisingly I'm not that hyped over it once it's over. Maybe because of the rain or that I got bored and lost while TVXQ was performing. I'm sorry, I thought I do like TVXQ, but turns out I don't know any of their songs except for Mirotic and Keep Ur Head Down. One of the reason was also because the guy seated next to me was so damn irritating. He was irritated by the screaming fans but hey, you're in a concert! That's what you do. No need to guess that he was only there to accompany his friend which I think is a SONE.
My seat was rather faraway. I spot Kyuhyun numerous times but all I can see is his tiny body. Can't see his face at all. It was all white and it's so disappointing when they did not focus on him during Don't Don. Apparently the spotlight couldn't find him and the screen shown a very dark Kyuhyun. Stupid spotlight did the same thing to Victoria, Changmin and the list goes on.
Then, there comes the rain. It rained so heavily before the concert that we had difficulty going to the venue itself. Once it slow down, all of the fans rushes to the venue resulting it being jam packed for the bag checking. Security was loose, I could sneak in camera if I want to. But there was a bitchy usher that keep refraining us from taking photos. As I was seated quite in front of the row, some security guys kept walking past, yet I did not take any photos as it turns out all crappy and blocked by the spotlight.
Performance wise, it's the same for SS4, but still it's SJ so I enjoyed it to the max. The loud sound system managed to make my right ear deaf half through the concert so I can't hear any fanchants and screaming loudly. All I hear was the loud songs playing through. It seems that the concert was a bit rushed too. The continuous performances make me so confused. It was like song after song after song, I lost count how many songs were performed until I look back the list and the goes a whopping 50 songs performed cramped into 4 hours of concerts. I have to admit though, Shinee was really good and TVXQ performance was really powerful. F(x) was cute - Amber being the crowd favorite and Sulli so cute in her short hair. They performed in the rain during Electric Shock. Shinee too during Sherlock so thumbs up for the professionalism.
Intro was rather short except for SJ and Shinee. They had the longest intro and Boa too. She's so sweet! SNSD had Seohyun talking in English. That was really fluent but I think she might have memorized it cos' she said the same thing during the press conference. But that was an effort there. Surprising for me too, as I thought they would let Jessica and Tiffany do the talking. The girls are beautiful. Sunny dyed her hair purple. Seohyun was glowing. Yuri too with her sweet smile. All the girls are so pretty. Same with f(x), I like them equally as much. EXO had names on the screen during the introduction. Screams for EXO was really loud. Still I can't distinguish most of them. Lay being my favorite had his name on screen typed as Ray. Half into the intro, the name got messed up because of the slow response from whoever that control it.
Dance Battle was really short. A minute it was Victoria then comes Tao then Maxstep. Eunhyuk only appeared for a few seconds and then it was SNSD then comes Yunho. It was so fast then moment it ended, I was like, "It ended?". I love the duets though, cos' it's something different from all the performances that we've seen before. Fave duet will be Ryeowook, Onew, Chen and Baekhyun "Open Arms". I'm quite disappointed that they changed the song without Eunhyuk at first but still this is such a good song. When Kyuhyun appeared during "Just The Way You Are" I just keep on snapping then when it was his turn, I focused on the screen. Kyu was the chair boy again at Singapore. Zhou Mi and Victoria "Today I Will Marry You" was nice too. So glad they gave Zhou Mi and Victoria the duet. Krystal did a wrong move during California Girls. She was about to go the the front when Jessica pulled her. Like A G6 was totally hyped too. Key was going crazy and Kris and Amber was seating on the stage and made the fans go crazy!
Fast forward towards the end, and it was "Hope" - my supposed fave part. But since it was raining, none of them dared to walk to the front, and since they were all mixed up, they couldn't capture each part on the screen. So I could only look at the screen and see lots of them and I lost focus, then suddenly someone come to the front and then next thing we know are all of them come running to the front. I was searching for Kyuhyun, but to no avail and I couldn't remember who I see. When the song ended, they were bowing and left as usual. Only few left to wave and say their goodbyes and ELF were so proud that SJ are the last ones to leave. I left just in time the Lee brothers and Kangin were doing the thumb kiss and with a "I love u la"..Eunhyuk and Donghae were the last to leave.
Looking at the popularity of SMTOWN, I'm convinced there will be one every other year, and so I will definitely go to the next available SMTOWN4! But unlike Super Show, where I will enjoy every moment of the concert (it's a plus it's indoor and SJ only), I will only go to SMTOWN once for every edition. It's still sad I don't get to see SeoKyu duet and from this, there's no interaction at all. But still I enjoyed it though it comes with so many complaints.
Lesson learnt is for every concert, if you're going, make sure you get the best seat!

Tachycardia
I just found out this disorder where a person heart rate beats abnormally faster than normal.
I know it's my nervousness but I always believe I have some kind of sickness where my heart beats extremely fast when I'm anxious and nervous. And I'll get cramps, stomachaches and my heart beats like crazy.
So this is not me explaining what kind of sickness that I might have or will be diagnosed with in the future. Every single of my blog will somehow connect back to SJ (intentionally). Let's get staright to the point, I don't have much time anyways.
I'm actually waiting to buy the SMTOWN tix. Like, staring in front of laptop and hope it will 12am soon and yet I'm just so nervous I need to blog about it. Cause honestly, I can do nothing now and it's a relieve I got to type this nonsense entry to let the time pass by. I hope I got the tickets. I know I will but I want decent tickets if that's not too much to ask for. So please please please let me have decent seats!
If this is what I'm feeling now....then I will be all nervous again for the SJM showcase. It's a showcase, not a concert and God knows how many ELF are waiting for it here in Malaysia. My chance of getting the ticket is so scary. I need to repeat this again! No!!!
And stupid me think that I'm some superhuman that I took coffee earlier for the late dinner. So that explains why my heart is pumping so fast. The caffeine + anxiety + anxiousness!!!
I dunno....I think I will need to take half day tomorrow to calm myself down! It's all crappy here...I need to go off now. Back to having Tachycardia!

The SJ boys are back!
In the very rare time that I will blog, it must be SJ related. Many things had happened in the past 3, 4 months I last saw Super Junior. Remember my last blog about the Bangkok trip. That was SJ driven. So, a month ago, I went to Singapore to watch I AM because Malaysian cinemas sucks- they don't import I AM even though I'm sure the SMTOWN fanbases here are quite large too. Their lost. So, yes, the Singapore trip was SJ driven too, or rather, SMTOWN driven. Before I watch the documentary (really, it's not a movie after all but I love how they insert the live performances with the interviews- doesn't make it so boring), all I know is that these artists debut and train hard at a young age. That doesn't change the fact but makes me treasure their efforts more, not only SMTOWN, but Kpop in general. How they're so perfect, it's the packaging and that's what the company made them to be. They made them train hard, they took all of their time, they perfected their skills-the training- is what made them to be the star that they are today. So even if I'm only an ELF, I will never hate on SNSD or Shinee because from what I AM shows us, they trained equally as hard and it's their effort. Novody become a star in a day, not SJ, not TVXQ, not SNSD, no one.
And, of course, I don't only go to Singapore to watch I AM. Went to Universal Studio- enjoyed the thrilling of Transformer 3D and the Cylon ride (that nearly took my life) but that was about it, the Steven Spielberg studio is impressive as well. Will definitely go to Singapore again for any SJ related stuff. Next to it will be Thailand cause the way I see it, so long as the precious Putra Indoor Stadium is not ready, SJ won't come or rather SM will never look at the worn out Stadium Merdeka. Heck, I don't even want to attend the concert there so I'm glad that SM has this kind of very high standard thingy for their artists. Well, since I'm talking about concerts, Big Bang is coming this October but it's at Stadium Merdeka so there's a high possibility I won't go. I won't buy the most expensive ticket for Big Bang so if I don't get good seats, might as well don't go. The seating will be too faraway for the cheaper tickets. I don't want MOA to happen all over again.
Alright, so back to main topic and the pic above explains itself. The 6th album cover and title is so disappointing. What kind of cheap cover is that? Heck, any ELF could do even better than that and with all the fantasy teasers that SM gave us, they can't spend more to get the boys to pose together for a group cover? The title song is absurd too. What kind of song is Sexy, Free and Single? Like, hey look, I'm SJ, I'm sexy, free and single??? That was how I think. I'm hoping by then Bonamana did not repeat itself. Luckily, it did not. The album cover might be plain, nothing fancy but remember it comes as a photobook with 84 pages for us to drool over. There's no individual covers this time around, might be because they did not want to burden ELF like last time but I'm worried the sales might not be as good as Mr.Simple. Most of us bought more than 1 cover last time. The title song is still very much SJ style but surprisingly Sexy, Free & Single is such an easy listening song, you don't realize it's already the tenth time you're listening to the same song. The whole album is good too. So many songs that I really love but of course, there's some that I don't appreciate much but since it's SJ, I think I'll accept it later on. Too many good songs to mention- Bittersweet, Daydream, From U, Someday and NOW. Knowing me, I always love slow tempo R&B songs. This is also my first time downloading song legally from a music site. All for SJ.
Time for me to stop my rambling and also because I have so many things to do. Need to place order for 6JIB and I had placed an order for the same album but ELF Japan version. I don't know how I can get this crazy over SJ. I know one day, I'll look back and wonder how fanatic I had become. Maybe because I'm an adult now and I earn on my own so I do what I like, what I can afford and what I want to do. Everybody says I'm crazy but I told them it's just because I'm ELF and this is what ELF do.
Lastly, as I read somewhere in the title, "Do not judge a book by it's cover" and "this album is not made to win awards, it's for ELF". That is so true. This is what SJ do to repay us for Mr.Simple success and that's why this album is rushed because Leeteuk is leaving for the army, he can't extend it any longer and this is what he gifted ELF.

Impulsiveness
Hi my blog, it's a been a while....again.
I don't know what happened, but my life does not seem to be interesting at all, so I don't blog anymore. Nothing special to write anyways.
Until my obsession to SJ strikes and my need to attend their concert is so addicting that I stalk almost all of their Super Show booking site. I planned to go to Singapore and failed because of the pricier tickets- which I regretted the most after I got my bonuses. It is still affordable considering I don't need to book a hotel, plan my leave and the air flight is damn cheap.
Then comes Indonesia, which are not announced yet, but still I trust my fellow admin at our baby fanbase and planned to go with her if ever there's a Super Show there but I couldn't wait for unconfirmed news. It's the same here in Malaysia, the organizers told us they're working hard (thank you) but no confirmation on dates makes this crazy fangirl here giddy and worried. I don't want to miss Super Show 4, as facts has it that Leeteuk will be enrolling and the rest, let's say it's unsure. We can believe that there'll be Super Show5, but not in the near future, not 2 years later at least. So then come Macau but the rate is impossibly high and going to Macau and everything is just so expensive. I thought of going to Tokyo Dome, well, it's a safe country and I have 2 Japanese friends there but the thought of getting the tickets seems impossible to me. My friend said it's hard to get tickets if you're not a member of the Japanese ELF fanclub and obviously she is not, and the other one as well. Minus point is that this friend of mine does not live nearby Tokyo so plan cancelled. So this leaves me with Bangkok, the nearest place I can ever get next to Singapore. Well, since SS4 in Singapore ended, my only available option is Bangkok. So eventually I want to go but decided not to after knowing that only Thai ELF can book through the booking site. Then there's the added date and I want to go again. Soon enough, I found good tickets and the best part is no deposit needed. Well, I just need to trust the seller and since they're offering more than 1 ticket, just need to take the risk. Problem is the air ticket is extremely overpriced, the rest I do not have much complaints. I need to cover for my brother's accommodation and stuff since he's keeping me company to got to Thailand. "Mom won't let you go alone", he threaten, and true enough, mom had been nagging me when I called. Too late, as I told her I'm not going to reveal the cost and expense, that I had already booked the ticket and she could only wish me luck. Sounds bad, but I'm already a grown up, and I trust ELF.

The ELF Fandom
I was still living of yesterday's memories. Mo.A KL was truly AMAZING!
Just before the concert started, the weather becomes gloomy all of a sudden and the fans are saying, "God of Rain" had come. Truly, and it started to drizzle so the fans are all panicky and since our seating place are very empty (cause the stadium is way too big!), we shifted to the center. I choose a higher emptier space cause the view is around the same. At least I got to see the stage a bit clearer and the big screen better.
Though I did not get to see SJ clearly. I'm seated too far away. All I see is the big screen and their little bodies. They're like 2 inch in my view. Couldn't see their face at all. Eunhyuk was the most obvious cause he's blonde. I couldn't catch Kyuhyun at all. Donghae was in white and he's not blonde so he's the second obvious.
Had a blast there, screaming and waving my sapphire blue lightstick. In true spirit, I wore a blue shirt too- not really sapphire blue but that's the closest I got.
As expected, the boys performed in style. Like a lightning, the performances ended too fast.
SJ started with Superman as expected. That was crazy! Super performance! Then continued with A-Cha and Mr.Simple. A little speech and intro by the boys and they leave the stage to Yesung to belt It Has To Be You- clearly the crowd favorite as all of the fans sing-a-long with him. I'm quite surprised that Yesung is the one to sing solo as Kyuhyun was singing Forgive Me in Kaoshiung. But that was great as well, love that Yesung is all happy that we sing together with him. He was that happy in SS3 as well. Then all of them came out again to sing Memories, continued with Marry You, Bonamana and ended with the very famous Sorry Sorry. Leeteuk was slightly wrong in saying that he's meeting us after a year. Well, it may seem like a year (or more) to him and us, but leader-nim, it's actually 9 months ago- to be exact 269 days!
But it isn't fair to just compliment the Super Junior boys for this concert, isn't it? Well, to be honest I enjoyed all the performances cause Miss A and f(x) are great too. F(x) even have their own VCR but Krystal didn't came. That's ok - the girls were all cute, hugging, playing amongst themselves while performing, I missed on 1 slow song- I don't know the song at all. They sang 5 songs - La Cha Ta, Nu ABO, 1 slow song, Hot Summer and Pinocchio (Danger). Amber received the most screams! Malaysians love Amber! Miss A was the opening act, very good as well, Suzy is so sweet and cute. They performed Goodbye Baby, Breathe, Help Me, Love Alone, Poker Face and Bad Girl Good Girl. Poker Face was a surprise too. All the fans are singing along, it feels like I'm going clubbing! I'm so sorry I couldn't describe anything for B1A4- all I know is this group existed- heard their songs- that's all. But they did gave a decent performance- to be fair.
The concert ended abruptly after 2 hours. Honestly, I was keeping my eyes on backstage to see if SJ arrived during f(x) performance, I saw two vans coming in during the last song of f(x). That might (I'm convinced) to be SJ as Kyuhyun, Shindong and Siwon only arrive at the hotel around 5pm and the concert started at 7.30pm.
The concert was a BIG party. I was screaming my lungs out, waving my lightstick so hard that it switched off every minute and the battery cover came out several times. I even bribed my brother to come with me as my driver and cameraman but he got excited too so you can hear his voice screaming in the videos. That was the good side.
Then, there's always the complaints. The organizers sucks big time. The fan zones are supposed to go in first, right? Well, yeah..we did get in first after waiting in the hot sun for so long and only allowed in 30 minutes before the concert started. As I bought the numbered seating, I don't even bother to queue up in front of the gate. Waited until almost all got in, then I started queuing up. The guards checked my bag like clearly cause it was heavy but I think I could've sneaked a DSLR in. Regretted not doing that, and worst thing is, the so called "priority" given to fan club zones are that we're seated at the end of the zone- that's the most far from the stage!! OK, I understand that there will not be any view blocking the stage, but seriously, are you kidding us? we had had the same complaint - SO FAR??!!
But the best part is the stadium was filled with ELF!!!!!!!!!!Just so amazing to look at the sapphire blue sea!! And I bet the boys are equally as proud as us!! We did a great job- fanchants to the max! My videos are all crappy but the fanchant are loud and clear!
Just hoping that Super Junior will be back for SS4. Leeteuk say they will meet us again.I hope he keep his promise!

3 Album Reviews
Omo..I haven't been updating this blog for like- forever but I feels like I need to write or give my 20 cent worth of view on these three most anticipated comebacks or albums of the year 2011. Ok, so there are other groups and albums too but I personally feel these three are the most talked about. I'm biased, I know but here goes.
Super Junior Mr.Simple
If you read my blog, Twitter, tumblr etc. you will know that I'm a ELF. Yes, I support Super Junior and yes, Kyuhyun is my most wanted! But however biased I may be, I only supports good music. My definition of good music - pleasant to listen to. All in all, an album is a story for me. From the first song til the last, there must be a continuation of a story line, in the very least, although the genre might be different but each song does have at least a glint of resemblance. That is my ideal way of a good album. With Mr.Simple, I found the ideal Super Junior album. This is my first time supporting the boys in purchasing the original album straight from Korea. I never bought any original Kpop album before. Not even Sorry Sorry but that was because I caught the SJ bug a bit too late. If I really like an album, I'll listen to it continuously. I have to be honest, although I like SJ as a group, Bonamana was a huge disappointment for me. So with that, I don't put much hope on Mr.Simple. The first listen was weird and I did prepared myself to accept that they can't work the magic they did for Sorry Sorry but the boys prove me wrong. Mr.Simple is just as addicting as Sorry Sorry. I couldn't say that it was better but I think it's on the same par. Sorry Sorry was a great hit and it's still is. All I'm saying is that I really like this album so it does justice to me that this album is just as good as Sorry Sorry the album if not better cause the boys did grow as singers. And when I keep listening to the album, it means I like it very much. The truth is, I stopped listening to the Bonamana album after a few plays.
Mr.Simple stars : 4.5 out of 5
SNSD The Boys
First listen to the The Boys - what the xxx . After a few listens, I'm totally hooked. There's also times that I kept listening to it that I woke up hymning to the song. That's how crazy it was. But the whole album is a mess. I just thought history repeats itself with what happened to SJ with Bonamana. Hoot the mini album is a good album. Oh was already bad. But The Boys as a whole album is the worst SNSD album there is. I know a lot of people will not agree with me. But what's with a strong song like The Boys to be continued with sweet tangerine cutesy song like Telepathy. I thought they are revamping themselves, seems not. There's no story in the album, it seems like they just throw whatever they managed to record into the album. Like SJ, SNSD's biggest hit is Gee, and like Sorry Sorry it remains a hit today. The thing is, SNSD do have decent singles hit after Gee like Run Devil Run that I personally like very much and the Japanese hit Mr. Taxi. But if they kept on rushing things, they're going downhill with the music or songs that they produce. Honestly, after listening to the whole album, I just kept replaying The Boys, the other songs are deleted from my playlist.
The Boys stars : 2 out of 5
Wonder Girls Wonder World
I'm not a fan of Wonder Girls. I like their songs- they're cute and unique but I think I'd prefer SNSD over them until Wonder World came along. This album is so daebak that I kept replaying the whole album while I'm on my way to work. I usually dislike a song first time listening to it. But Be My Baby is so good, I like it instantly and after listening to the whole album -I'm so amazed that I literally found the ideal album of the year or even better - the best album Kpop could offer-- at least for now!! I'm even proclaiming that the album is slightly better than my fave SJ!! Listening to the whole album, it's as if Wonder Girls have entered my mind the whole time the songs are playing. The continuationof each songs is so smooth that I did not realize that the album is almost finish playing. So good that I have nothing bad to say. I just love this album so so much.
