Stupid Poslaju
I don't have to explain how frustrating Poslaju services is.I was dead worried that my courier would be send to my house when I'm working and truly, it did. Poslaju left me a note saying that my item is with them at Poslaju Cheras near Taman Shamelin Perkasa.
Now, this is when all my nightmare begins.I have never been to Cheras except for Jusco Maluri (does that count?). My perception of Cheras is that it is near to Kajang, which I was told was way too far. Cheras is at KL, Kajang at Selangor. See?
My only transport around is the good old LRT, and, I can walk too but how far?
Now, I need to get my item soon but I'm at lost as to how I can reach that stupid office.
I called to their call centre and the operator told me to pick-up from their office, no redirect to their HQ or sending it back. What? Cause last time, I had directed that same item to the HQ now they say they can't do it. I ask to send back, they say have to wait after 14 days after nobody pick it up.
Really.Really frustrating!!
